"Blessings.  We are a much stronger energy today than this channel has experienced before. This will continue as we work through this channel and she receives more and more of our energy.  We are bringing you messages about the ascension that is happening on this planet at this time.  More than that, we are bringing you instructions for the individuals who are listening to or reading this channeling for their individual ascension.  We begin by repeating instructions passed on during the previous channeling by the little one.  (The “little one” is Serapis’ way of referring to Reyna.)

First some instructions pertaining to your physical body in preparation for all that you do, whether it is eating, walking, playing, working, or doing mundane everyday activities.  It is essential that you wake up and begin to live your lives with intent.  You will hear this word used often in our channeling for it is the key to becoming an ascended master as well as learning to move through the steps of ascension.  We know that you have heard of the use of intent from many others and we wish to expound upon the use of this word and we will do later in this channeling.  Begin to sit in quiet meditation while holding the intent to be open to the experience.  Many of you use the word mindfulness and this is an excellent word to describe the state of being that you hold.  Begin to bring this mindfulness state of being to everything that you do.  Remind yourself several times a day to be mindful in a deep way.  For instance, many of you enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day, but are you aware that your coffee holds the energy of everyone that has had anything to do with bringing the coffee to you?  You must be aware that the grower who grew the beans has their energy in the bean as well as the person who picked the bean, the trucker who moved the beans, the warehousemen who unloaded and then loaded the beans, the people on the ship that brought it to this country, the wholesaler and handlers in this country who packaged the beans as well as the clerks who handled the beans and sold them to you.  You must also be aware of the fact that the beans pick up the energy of every container that has held them including trucks, ships, planes, trains and grocery carts.  Since this is so it becomes imperative to bless all food that you consume and give intent that it enters your cells in its most vibrational alive essence.  Blessing the food is one step.  Blessing the body that receives it is another step.    As you begin to practice this type of awareness of your daily life, soon you will find that it becomes second nature for you to bless your food, your surroundings, and your loved ones.

As the multidimensional experience of the humans open up to that which is beyond limitation, you must begin to take mastery.  Mastery demands that you do not sit passively.  You intend to receive.  You intend to receive and take responsibility for that which you receive with the highest degree of clarity wisdom and judgment, for you always sit in judgment.  Indeed.  Right use of judgment is like right use of will, and that means while you are in physical form you must allow everything that comes to you and from you to discern because there is this structure of ego, of emotion.  You must be mindful and conscious.  It does not matter who or what the source is.  Each word, each energy, each vibration that comes to you, you are responsible for discerning its truth to the level that you are capable of at that time.  As you teach your workshop that we gave you the name of Quantum Energy Repatterning, you will assist humans to change old patterns or habits and to change the magnetic charge that they hold that makes something happen.  You are repatterning, erasing, you are reconditioning, you are changing everything that you think, do and are from that which was limited and time bound to that which is infinite.  In the old times, in the old sentient schools, the process was to raise the kundalini within the physical structure.  The kundalini would rise bringing up all those blocks and issues within the physical, emotional, and mental bodies that needed to be burned away and dealt with.  That was one approach.  The other was to consciously work with reconfiguring, repatterning the fears, the illusions, until you were a blank slate, so to speak.  When you are blank you are the divine child.  There is, of course, the ego death, a minor one, before you go through your first initiation which you have called the soul merge.  We will speak more of this at the next channeling.  You will hear us speak these things when you have a group in the next month. (August ’07)  We will begin to talk more about the ascension process.  You have an intellectual understanding of this Quantum Energy Repatterning.  The mind knows that it is both shamanic in structure and esoteric in structure.  You know that you can use what you call Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), PSYCH-K, the violet flame of St. Germaine, and that which is called Grace Elohim.  You know that you can go into the void.  You know that you can work clairvoyantly with the neuron networks themselves.  You also know that you can use visualization techniques with these groups.  That is your intellectual knowledge of the processes that you will bring to these workshops.  What we are also saying today is that you must also bring your passion.  You must also bring your deep knowing, your heart felt commitment that this work is of value.  You do not know this yet in the heart and the soul.  If you do not know it for your personality, your ego structure, then hear you this; you will not being doing these workshops alone.  If you value that which we are, know that our energy will be with you.  These workshops will be anything but mundane.

(In answer to a question from Bryce for clarification about a previous channeling, Serapis provided the following information about setting up the structure of the workshops.  While this information was meant as personal for Reyna and Bryce, we felt that it was so powerful that we have included it in this transcript.)  “Creation takes three forms.  It always begins with emotion, and then thought, then action.  Sometimes the emotion is fear which is a foundation from which action will take a direction that perhaps is not as strong as you wish.  When the thought is to be of service, the emotion is passion and the action then is of the highest.  The emotion can be positive or negative, but be aware that the emotion is the foundation that moves the thought and the action.  That is why the emotion of passion creates the most movement, and when passion is positive for the highest good, it creates the most movement.  Everything begins with a question, then there is Intent.  This is followed by Right Use of Will, and then right use of will leads to Action that is of the highest order.  When the question is formed correctly it moves us beyond that which is old, linear, what was, and into the realm of possibilities.  When you enter the realm of possibilities you can look at potential.  When you have the melding of Intention with the Right Use of Will this creates a magnetic energy that then creates movement which then creates expectation.  When there is a magnetic charge to intent, it then becomes something that is expected and not much more energy is required of you.  For instance, if you are sitting at a dinner table with a group of people and you ask that someone pass the salt, you have already reached your hand out in expectation of the salt being passed.  You have the expectation and your hand reached out automatically to receive.  When you erase or de-magnetize blocking beliefs, there will be a full expectation of I Am that I Am.

When beginning your workshops it is required that each person begin the energetic process of receiving by preparing physically by opening the back of the heart/chest area, the back of the head or cerebellum, the crown of the head, and the peritoneum.  We repeat that these will not be passive workshops or channelings to a passive listening audience that is just sitting there.  Each participant must open to receive the new information as instructed, and then enter a feedback loop with intent and accepting responsibility for integrating what is received.
